The Electro-Mechanical Technician is responsible for creating, enforcing, and maintaining a safe, compliant, and zero-shortcut work environment in the Tube Mill. Safety is the first priority of this role. The technician ensures all equipment-HF seam welders, payoff / accumulators, roll-forming stands, drives, straighteners, cutoff systems, presses, punches, fabrication tools / machinery, aluminum end-weld equipment, compressors, dryers, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical / control systems, and facility infrastructure-is operated and maintained in full compliance with all applicable regulatory, agency, and company safety standards. This includes eliminating makeshift, temporary, or unsafe repairs and ensuring all work meets engineered, code-compliant standards at all times.
