Credentialing Timeframe : 2 weeks

Work Details :

• Patients per day : 12 patients / day (36 patient-contact hours / week and 4 hrs. for charting, etc.)
• EMR : Cerner
• Hospital Bed Size : 317
• Case / Procedure Experience : BOTOX and ONB preferred
• Practice Setting : Hospital Outpatient
