We are seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement and Sourcing to join our hydroelectric power manufacturing team. The Senior Manager of Procurement and Sourcing is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive supply chain strategy to support the hydropower industry's Engineer-to-Order (ETO) business model. This role requires a deep understanding of procurement, supplier management, logistics, and global sourcing to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of custom-engineered solutions.

Essential functions performed by the position include :

• Oversee procurement activities, ensuring strategic supplier partnerships and competitive sourcing.
• Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency, supplier performance, and cost savings.
• Lead negotiations with vendors and contract manufacturers to secure favorable terms, high-quality, and optimized lead times.
• Cultivate and strengthen supplier relationships to enhance resilience and ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of supply chain operations and project requirements.
• Monitor global supply chain trends, including geopolitical factors, raw material availability, and risks, implementing mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and ensure regulations in supply chain processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Drive productivity through the procurement process and sourcing. Deliver on the cost savings targets.
