Job description

Now Hiring - LPN Licensed Practical Nurses to join our TEAM!!!

  • Location : 1455 Hospital Road, Silvis IL 61282

LPN Rates up to $39.77 AN HOUR- Ask us how to get to the max rate! Based on experience, Shift Diff and waivers

  • Licensed Practical Nurse Shifts Available 2p-1030p and 10p-630a FT, PT and PRN

    Specific Duties :

  • Responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents
  • Prepares and administers medications charts as required
  • Administers treatments
  • Consults with physicians
  • Communicates with director of nursing and staff

    • Job Requirements

  • Long term care experience preferred
  • Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Illinois
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
