COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
Salary : $260K + production incentive year 2
Sign on bonus : $20K+ (Negotiable per needs)
$200K Student educational assistance directly from hospital - Guaranteed.
Relocation : Paid
4 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)
CME + $4,000 + Days
Malpractice paid, claims made, insurance coverage

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)
Hours 4-day week (36 hours)
Clinic outpatient, no hospital rounding
Patients daily : 18-22
Patient breakdown : 25% Child, 50% Adults, 25% Geriatric
Phone call (rare) : outpatient clinic only, first call through service.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)
BC or truly BE.

Located less than 30 minutes from Toledo, OH and 1.5 hours from Detroit, MI
