Your Role

• Personalized Treatment Development : Assess individual patient needs and design tailored therapy programs aimed at maximizing their functional independence
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply research-based interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and adaptive daily activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and their families in therapeutic practices to encourage continued progress beyond the clinical environment
• Monitor Progress : Keep detailed records of patient outcomes and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to support their journey
