Pay : $65,000.00 - $85,000.00

Schedule : Friday - Sunday 9AM - 5PM - Must be available 1 day throughout the week to be on-site.

Are you a purpose-driven clinician passionate about guiding adolescents through meaningful transformation? Sunrise Residential Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate, skilled Mental Health Therapist on weekends to join our dynamic, trauma-informed team.

At Sunrise, we blend clinical excellence with heart. Set against the serene backdrop of southern Utah, our campus offers a safe, home-like environment where girls ages 12-17 can heal, grow, and thrive. We specialize in relational, experiential, and evidence-based care that addresses trauma, emotional regulation, and family systems.

Responsibilities

• Outdoor-Focused Programming : Incorporate experiential activities and group work in outdoor settings to enhance engagement, self-awareness, and therapeutic outcomes.
• Manageable Caseloads : Work with no more than 8 clients, allowing for deeper therapeutic relationships and personalized care.
• Evidence-Based Practice : Apply proven modalities like DBT, TF-CBT, ACT, Smart Recovery, and Seeking Safety to support client progress.
• Client-Centered Care : Tailor individual, group, and family therapy to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
• Collaborative Approach : Partner with a multidisciplinary team-including psychiatrists and physicians-for holistic treatment.
• Culturally Competent : Provide inclusive care with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and cultural dynamics.
• Clinical Excellence : Maintain compliance through timely documentation, outcome tracking, and adherence to treatment plans.
• Transformational Impact : Guide students through program completion and discharge, fostering healing and generational change.
