Job Description​

• Strategy Planning & Execution : ​ Develop a nd execute company-wide strategic plans to accelerate North American business growth, achieving annual sales targets and profitability goals.​Market
• Analysis & Expansion : ​ Analyze North American trenchless rehabilitation market trends, identify opportunities, and implement market expansion strategies to boost market share and brand influence.​
• Sales Team Management : ​ Build and manage the North American sales team, streamline processes, and maximize performance to foster an elite sales force.​Client
• Relationship Management : ​ Establish long-term partnerships with key clients, conduct regular visits, address needs promptly, and enhance satisfaction and loyalty.​Cross-
• Department Coordination : ​ Align internal resources for operational efficiency and robust sales support.​Industry
• Innovation & Partnerships : ​ Track cutting-edge technologies and business models to drive product / service innovation and competitive advantage. Pursue win-win industry collaborations.​

Requirements​

Education : ​ Bachelor’sdegree or higher. Preference for majors in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.​

Experience : ​ 10+ years in large-scale manufacturing industries, with ≥5 years in market / sales development. Priority given to candidates with proven success in building teams and scaling businesses from 0 to 1.​Team
