Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide personalized insurance solutions.
  • Sales Expertise : Demonstrate a strong ability to drive sales through property, casualty, life, health, and annuity insurance products.
  • Verbal and Written Communication : Effectively communicate with clients and team members to ensure clarity and build trust.
  • Lead Generation : Proactively identify and cultivate potential clients through various channels, including networking and digital marketing.
  • Solution Selling : Tailor insurance solutions to meet clients unique needs by leveraging a consultative approach.
  • CRM Software : Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage client data, track interactions, and monitor sales progress.
  • Strategic Account Development : Develop a strategy to grow client accounts, maximizing opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Social Media Marketing : Use social media platforms to increase brand visibility, engage with the community, and attract potential clients.
  • Market Research : Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Requirements

    No license Required to Apply! Must be willing to obtain required licensure to secure the position within the communicated timeframe.

    To successfully graduate from the Producer program, you must achieve :

  • 150,000 in new business premium written within 12 months or less
  • 15 issued and paid life insurance policies within 12 months or less
