Our client is looking to hire a Superintendent . They are a Chattanooga, TN-based General Contractor specializing in small-scale commercial construction—primarily single-story buildings with metal frames. Their projects span the country, including locations in Texas, Michigan, Florida, and beyond. As they continue to grow, they are looking for their next great, passionate, and energetic Superintendent.

As a Superintendent, you'll be the boots on the ground—managing day-to-day field operations and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with top-tier quality and safety standards. This is a hands-on position best suited for individuals who thrive in the field and are passionate about learning the full scope of construction management.

What We’re Looking For

• Early-career professionals or candidates with a few years of field experience
• Eager to learn and grow within the construction industry
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites across the U.S.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and manage subcontractors
• A passion for building and being in the field—not behind a desk
