Description :

EnviroTech Molded Products is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Quality Technician to support our quality assurance and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and quality systems, a customer-focused approach, and the technical proficiency to contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform quality assurance and control inspections using precise metrology tools and techniques.
  • Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, CAD files, and 3D models to verify dimensional accuracy and conformance.
  • Conduct internal audits in compliance with ISO 9001 standards and support external audit preparation.
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation and reports in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and customer service teams to address quality concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to compile reports, create templates, and manage data sets.
  • Support the development and implementation of quality procedures and work instructions.

    • Requirements :

    Qualifications & Skills :

  • Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a combination of both, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in metrology and measurement techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Experience with CAD / 3D modeling software.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 internal auditing procedures.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
