Job Description

We are seeking a Costing Analyst to join our team! You will perform clerical quoting, quote follow up calls, and target account out calling in order to drive individual and company success.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers inquiring about our products.
  • Generate and send quotes for customer inquiries.
  • Conduct sales presentations to existing customers
  • Call new potential accounts to target their business

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Strong analytical skills  – must be comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and numerical trends.
  • Experience with pricing strategies  – able to analyze and implement price increases with clear justifications.
  • Detail-oriented  – accuracy in numbers and documentation is essential.
  • Highly responsive via email  – must consistently respond to messages quickly and professionally.
  • Strong written communication  – able to explain pricing changes and data insights clearly.
  • Proficient in Excel and / or Google Sheets  – formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines  – quick turnaround time is a must.
  • Proactive and organized

We work with more than a dozen different types of plastics and are looking to expand our product offering. Our facility is approximately 85,000 Sqr / ft and we have 45 employees.
