Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers top-quality, patient-centered care tailored to departmental requirements, consistent with the established standards of nursing practice. Working in collaboration with medical providers and the care team, the RN will :
Perform procedures and document patient care accurately in their medical record.Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and possible side effects.Guide patients on lifestyle changes and self-management strategies.Manage quality of care through collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to create holistic treatment plans.Enhance the care delivered through continuous process improvement initiatives.Qualifications Needed :
