Full-Time, On-Site in San Juan Capistrano, CA | Friday - Tuesday, 2 : 30pm-11 : 00pm.

What You'll Do

As a Nurse at AMFM Healthcare, you will support our clients' physical and mental wellness through hands-on clinical care and holistic treatment. You'll work directly with clients and alongside an interdisciplinary care team to deliver excellent medical and therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Observe patients, charting and reporting changes in patients' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment, and taking any necessary action.
• Essential nursing duties for clients, including but not limited to :

Managing prescribed medications, noting times and amounts on patients' charts.

Making sure all medical documents are scanned in a timely manner
