Data Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Data Operations Analyst to join their team. Key Responsibilities Manage the ARI support board, ensuring tasks are triaged and assigned within SLAs Maintain dashboards tracking performance and create documentation for ARI SOPs and workflows Collaborate with internal sales teams and execute ad-hoc ticketing requests related to data analysis Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in Business Analysis, data analytics, or related fields Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems or Online Travel Agencies is a plus Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Sheets / Excel, and Looker for reporting and data analysis Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and Postman for data extraction and analysis is preferred Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
