Associate Dean for Faculty Success, Research & Industry Partnerships

San José State University is hiring an Associate Dean for Faculty Success, Research & Industry Partnerships. The incumbent serves on the IDS leadership team and leads initiatives that strengthen faculty success, research and creative activity (RSCA), and external partnerships. This role supports faculty recruitment, retention, and evaluation; advances interdisciplinary and societally engaged research; and builds meaningful collaborations with industry, community, and government to enhance RSCA, experiential learning, and workforce pathways.
