Establish and nurture relationships to attract new clients through various sourcing strategies, including face-to-face interactions, virtual outreach, networking, and social media.Understand deeply the priorities, needs, and concerns of both clients and prospects to foster trust and develop tailored, comprehensive strategies.Oversee and streamline branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience that adheres to firm policies, regulations, and ethical standards.Collaborate with your branch team to devise, monitor, and refine the business plan to enhance branch efficiency and achieve ideal business outcomes.Create an engaging branch environment built on trust, respect, constructive feedback, and accountability.Qualifications :
A bachelor's degree is preferred, or relevant work experience in financial services.Experience in financial services or sales.Relevant financial services registration, licensing, or certification.Demonstrated career progression in a professional or military context.Licensing Requirements :
Must obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses; registration can be achieved at Edward Jones during the paid training period.FINRA registrations are required within three months, and state insurance licenses will also be needed.Continuous training is mandated for maintaining licenses and staying up-to-date with regulations.About Us :
