Job Details : Job Summary

This position as a Senior Maintenance technician is a skilled professional responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving facility and equipment, with a focus on complex systems and projects. The team member will need to be proficient and able to perform duties within the roles of a senior maintenance technician.  The team member needs to be able to effectively work with members of management, operations / production personnel, as well as various contractors if needed. Team member is to be proficient in mechanical troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, PLC’s, hydraulics and pneumatics. The team member will also be participating in our in house and external training programs, and other skill development in all areas of the maintenance department. Team member should be self-motivated, multi-tasking, and able to work in a fast-paced changing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform and complete preventative maintenance, and repairs of plant production equipment including but not limited to :

Mechanical repairs :

Interpret prints / schematics of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.

Shaft seal replacements
