• Critical Care Program covers both facilities

Hospital Beds : ProHealth Waukesha Memorial 300; Oconomowoc Memorial 58

ICU Beds : ProHealth Waukesha Memorial 24; Oconomowoc 10

Mandatory Consult ICUs

Physician shifts : 7a-7p (on site Waukesha); 7p-7a On-call (for both facilities with Telemedicine capabilities)

NPPA shifts : Physician available via call or telemedicine 24-7

Oconomowoc 7a-7p

7-on; 7-off scheduling

NPPAs rotate between the two sites if they are not Nocturnist

EMR : EPIC

Nurse Practitioners must be ACNP certified

Full-time providers are employed with benefits
