The per diem On-site EAP Counselor is a professional position responsible for providing onsite clinical services to a dedicated customer. Responsibilities range from assessment and referral, management consultations, training, and critical incident response. An on-site counselor may also provide consultation to HR, program managers and supervisors on workplace and organizational issues.

• This is a per diem position working 16 hours a week. The ideal schedule will be on-site Mondays and Tuesdays from 8am-4 : 30pm with 1 evening shift per month from 11am-7 : 30pm in Apple Valley. Flexibility with the days and times.
• Pay negotiable based upon experience.
