DSI Systems Inc., an Authorized Starlink Partner, has an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our growing Starlink team as a Starlink Dispatch Specialist. This role supports both residential installations, ensuring high-quality service and efficient coordination between our technician network, customers, and internal teams. With Starlink's rapid expansion and innovative technology, this role is key to delivering reliable internet access across underserved and remote areas.

As a Starlink Dispatch Specialist, you will manage real-time work orders, support technician offices, and ensure seamless communication across platforms and departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about operational excellence and customer service. You'll play a vital role in maintaining Starlink's growing reputation and DSI's industry leadership.

This is a full-time REMOTE opportunity candidate must live in the United States Schedule : Full-time, Monday Friday 10 : 30 am 7pm CST.

Responsibilities

• Complete real-time updates and maintenance in the work order management system
• Support daily operations and monthly goal attainment
• Handle inbound dispatch calls via the Five9 phone system
• Resolve issues and escalate as needed using critical thinking
• Create and assign work orders to technician offices
• Maintain accurate records in SARA Plus, Web Tracker, Salesforce, and Zendesk
• Assist technicians during installations and approve custom fees
• Conduct work order reviews and facilitate proper close-out procedures
• Process and manage inventory requests from technician offices
• Provide order status updates to internal departments
• Maintain ongoing communication with technician offices to meet timelines
• Work directly with customers to coordinate payments for hardware and services
