Primary Responsibilities of the Credit Analyst

Evaluate credit inquiries and make recommendations on customer credit limits

Manage daily collections efforts to ensure positive cash flow and timely payments

Reconcile accounts and prepare adjustments as needed

Generate and distribute account statements, billing details, and supporting documentation

Identify and resolve billing or payment discrepancies

Assist with credit risk analysis and reporting to management

Qualifications for the Credit Analyst

2+ years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable preferred

Exposure to electronic billing systems (such as EDI, Oildex, or ADP) is a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
