Community Physician Group, as part of Community Children's in Missoula, Montana, is seeking a passionate Pediatric Surgeon to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity offering the perfect balance of professional fulfillment and personal time to enjoy all the incredible outdoor recreation that Missoula has to offer. Position Highlights :

• Full-Time Role : 15 days per month or 183 days per year
• Comprehensive Care : 24 / 7 coverage for inpatient consultation, surgical management, outpatient clinics, and on-call support
• Collaborative Environment : Work with a supportive community of pediatricians, pediatric subspecialists, and visiting specialists from Seattle Children s
• Well-Equipped Facility : 23+ bed Level IIIB NICU, small PICU, and Level IV Trauma designation
• Specialized Support : Pediatric anesthesiology available; NP support in the pediatric surgery office
• Teaching Opportunities : Mentor University of Washington pediatric residents and local family practice residents
• Engaging Practice Setting : Participate in a pediatric sedation program and collaborate with visiting pediatric urologists from Seattle Children s
