  • NY State Licensed

You must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Responsibilities :

  • gathering patient history
  • conducting physical exams and diagnostics as needed and then implementing treatment plans
  • maintaining patient medical records and documentation
  • charting in EMR system
  • prescribing medications and other duties as deemed necessary
