Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Flexible shifts mostly nights)
Cave Creek / Carefree
Far North Phoenix / F North Scottsdale
Anthem / New River

Qualifications :

Minimum of one-year professional experience working with seniors. (Examples : In-home care, Independent / Assisted living / Memory care community, Hospital and Rehab)

Recent TB Test

CPR Certification

Reliable transportation

Smartphone with Mobile Data Capability (Wi-Fi-only devices are not accepted)
