Job descriptionA minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services. Valid FINRA Series 65 license or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66 preferred. A proven track record driving results and achieving sales success. Experience in handling high-volume phone interactions as well as in-person meetings. This is a commission-based role, with earnings potential ranging from $100,000 base salary downward, directly tied to your contributions. Enjoy uncapped performance-based earnings, with the opportunity to achieve a 7-figure income, where typical earnings can reach the mid to high 6 figures within two years. 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision premiums for you and your eligible dependents. A 50% 401(k) match, up to the IRS maximum. Family support initiatives including 8 weeks of Paid Primary Caregiver Leave, $10,000 for fertility and family planning assistance, as well as back-up care for children, adults, and elders.

- Transform prospects into clients by demonstrating the unique value of our offerings.
- Engage with high-net-worth individuals, assessing their financial landscape and providing tailored solutions.
- Educate potential clients about the diverse services offered by our firm.
- Participate in continuous training covering advanced sales techniques, finance, capital markets, and portfolio management.
- This is a home office position with opportunities to meet prospects both in person and virtually within your territory.
