Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People & Culture team for the summer. In this role, you will support our Talent Acquisition Partner in Bedford, NH, gaining hands-on experience in frontline, corporate, and early-career hiring. You'll help strengthen our candidate pipeline, enhance our interview process, and play an important part in delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Assist with posting jobs, reviewing applications, and screening candidates across various departments
• Coordinate interviews by partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates
• Support our internship and early-talent programs, including scheduling, communication, and event coordination
• Participate in employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, social media projects, and community partnerships
• Help maintain data accuracy and candidate movement within our ATS systems
• Assist with onboarding activities such as Day 1 prep, orientation materials, and communication
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and process-improvement projects
• Work on projects to support our Employee Value Proposition Program
• Provide general support to the People & Culture team as needed
