Capital Markets Analyst

A company is looking for a Capital Markets Analyst responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing third-party capital financing for solar portfolio development. Key Responsibilities Support execution of third-party capital including construction debt, term debt, and tax equity financing Maintain ongoing relationships with investors and coordinate with Legal and Structuring departments Assist in financial and risk analysis for development, construction, and asset management teams Required Qualifications 1-3 years of relevant experience in clean tech, energy, or related sectors; solar experience preferred 1-3 years of relevant investment banking experience preferred Bachelor's Degree in Math, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field required Robust financial modeling skills Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S
