Account Executive (Columbus)

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for various tasks including but not limited to :

• Follow and achieve the departments sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Go the extra mile to drive sales
• Experience of managing customer accounts and creating new business in the B2B market both over the phone and face to face
• Develop leads and lead generation to enhance your portfolio
• Expand current customer accounts through ongoing relationship development
• Work creatively with team members to secure the terms of sale,
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Actively seek out new prospects
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Cross-sell products
• Handle returns of merchandise
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
• Work on specific accounts as needed outside of typical business hours.
