About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift : 10

Experience : Minimum 2 years in Orthopedics / Vascular / Robotic Surgery, CVOR experience required

License : State RN Licensure

Certifications : BLS (AHA), ACLS

Must-Have : Scrubbing highly recommended

Description :

Accountable for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care.

Delivers direct patient care, patient / family education, and transitions of care in an acute patient setting.

Provides holistic and individualized care to all patients in an assigned area.

Develops, implements, and coordinates a plan of care considering psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.

Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships between patients, their support groups, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communication.

Experience with various surgical procedures and technologies is required.

Weekend rotation is included, but there is no on-call requirement.

May require occasional floating to outpatient surgery.

Specific charting system experience is required.

Background checks will be conducted prior to hiring.
