We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Manager to join our team remotely. This person will own the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, support growth initiatives, and ensure a seamless, elevated online customer experience.

Role Description
NAiiA is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store and marketplace presence. Ideal for a self-thinker and problem solver who can manage multiple priorities while driving operational excellence and online growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage daily operations of NAiiA’s Shopify store, ensuring accurate, visually compelling content, products, and promotions.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and customer service teams to execute campaigns, launches, and site updates.
Implement and optimize Shopify themes, apps, and integrations for improved functionality and user experience.
Conduct ongoing PDP and category audits, monitor pricing, and execute promotional and markdown strategies.
Track and report KPIs, analyze site and marketplace performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
Support cross-functional requests, troubleshoot issues, and manage relationships with third-party vendors and tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Nosto).
Recommend replenishment, inventory strategies, and marketplace expansion based on performance.
Maintain high attention to detail in site QA, product uploads, and operational tasks.
Propose improvements to increase engagement, conversion, and revenue through A / B testing and competitive benchmarking.
Requirements :
3+ years managing Shopify Plus or equivalent Shopify stores, including themes, apps, and Liquid template knowledge.
Experience integrating and managing third-party tools, vendors, and ecommerce platforms.
Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, site optimization, online customer behavior, and inventory management.
Proficient in Excel and familiar with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving skills; a self-thinker who can independently prioritize, manage multiple projects, and propose operational improvements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across remote, cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and driving online traffic to optimize sales is a plus.
Fashion or jewelry retail experience, and international ecommerce or paid media experience, is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, E-commerce, or a related field preferred.
