Inequality Media : Managing Director

AT-A-GLANCE Inequality Media with Robert Reich seeks a full-time Managing Director to support the Executive Director and be responsible for the day-to-day management of a growing family of organizations with a team of 10 staff and a combined budget of $8 million per year.

The Managing Director will support the supervision of the staff team, and will be directly responsible for HR, organizational development, financial management, operations, grassroots fundraising, legal, governance and risk management.   Salary :

• $160,000 to $190,000 Location : Hybrid in Berkeley, CA (in office at least two days per week) strongly preferred.
• Willing to consider strong US Remote candidates.

Lead risk management, including working closely with IM’s outside counsel, and oversee the risk management committee, guiding risk mitigation accountability   QUALIFICATIONS :
