Part-Time Inventory Coordinator

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory and ensuring the efficient distribution of warehouse materials. This role involves working closely with technicians to maintain appropriate equipment and inventory levels.

Responsibilities :

• Distribute inventory materials to field technicians each morning at the start of the shift.
• Perform cycle counts in both vans and warehouse space.
• Input inventory records into the software database.
• Organize the warehouse to ensure all materials are easily accessible.
• Provide inventory reports to management as needed.
• Assist with month-end inventory close, including reconciling and auditing of inventory.
• Perform administrative duties as appropriate.
• Manage supplied inventory materials and company-issued equipment.

Work Environment :

The position is based in an office / warehouse environment and is part-time, working Monday to Friday, 9 am - 1 pm, onsite. The dress code is business casual.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blakeslee, PA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
