Our organization is seeking a skilled
Clinical Assessment Specialist
to conduct medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the disability benefits process.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct in-person or remote assessments for U.S. Veterans by reviewing electronic medical records via secure web portals and performing comprehensive evaluations.
It's essential to note that this role does not involve treatment or prescribing medication.
Requirements :
Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA-accredited program
Active and unrestricted Psychology license
Ability to effectively use technology to review records and complete documentation
Working with Electronic Medical Records :
Strong analytical skills to review medical records and assessment data
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in electronic documentation and web-based portals
Assessment Skills
Conduct thorough assessments of U.S. Veterans' medical conditions
Develop comprehensive evaluation plans and reports
Communicate effectively with Veterans, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
