A company is looking for a Field Sales Coach. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver onboarding programs for third-party sales representatives Lead ongoing training for internal field sales reps to acquire mid-market and key accounts Analyze performance data to identify knowledge gaps and deliver targeted training sessions Required Qualifications 4+ years of sales experience 2+ years of experience in coaching, training, or adult learning / education (preferred) Deep understanding of field sales processes and team performance maximization Experience using Salesforce.com and key reporting tools effectively Strong facilitation and public speaking skills for various audiences
