Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
- Support senior event planners with logistics and event setup, including venue selection and decoration.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Help manage event budgets by tracking expenses and processing invoices.
- Maintain detailed event schedules and timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Gather feedback from clients and attendees post-event to assess success and areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, events management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and vendors effectively.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative.A genuine passion for events and a desire to learn about the industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event planning software.
