QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum High School Graduate or GED. Basic computer literacy, preferably with knowledge of Word or Windows 95 / 98. Six (6) months experience in property management or two- (2) years experience in administrative / secretarial position. Certified Occupancy Specialist (C.O.S.) or ability to attain this designation within one (1) year of employment. Possess excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. Employee must be bondable.
