About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales to lead the go-to-market and carbon credit sales strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving both spot sales and multi-year agreements to support large-scale environmental remediation. This role involves taking ownership of high-value carbon credit deals, building and leading a dedicated sales team, and fostering strong relationships within the industry to influence the evolving US climate credit ecosystem. The Head of Sales will be expected to deliver significant pipeline and revenue growth from the outset, with a focus on high-value new carbon credit sales.
Applicants for the Head of Sales position should have 5-10+ years' of proven success in B2B sales, particularly in the areas of environmental product commodities, and a sharp understanding of carbon markets, environmental commodities, or corporate ESG initiatives. The role requires outstanding negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the confidence to lead a high-impact sales function. An entrepreneurial mindset and a demonstrated passion for driving sustainability and climate action are essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at influencing market standards and will be comfortable representing the business at senior forums.
