About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead the strategic planning and execution of scalable growth strategies across various ecommerce channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention, optimizing the growth funnel, and owning the entire growth process from performance marketing to brand and creative. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in scaling a CPG or ecommerce business, deep expertise in DTC and 1P / 3P ecommerce, and a strong background in customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies. The CGO will also be tasked with managing a large, cross-functional team, fostering a culture of experimentation and excellence, and partnering with the People Ops team to ensure the recruitment and development of top-tier talent. Applicants for the CGO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing or growth leadership, including VP or C-level roles, and a history of success in scaling businesses. The role demands a candidate who is comfortable in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments and has a bias for action and results. Preferred attributes include experience with mission-driven or sustainable products, a track record in building omnichannel brands, and an understanding of consumer insights and growth experimentation frameworks. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating operational complexity and will have a strong focus on data and technology, including the ability to partner with analytics and tech teams to build a data-driven marketing and attribution framework.
