Job description10p – 6a, 40 hours / week, including every other weekend. $19.00 - $21.00 - +$0.50 for CNA certification and +$1.00 for both CNA and TMA certifications! - Shift differentials for overnights and weekends! - We are excited to offer paid time off and a 403b retirement plan open to all employees, both effective immediately upon hire. For employees hired at 30+ hours / week we have great health insurance that offers a variety of coverage and cost levels, and dental insurance. Full-time employees (40 hours / week) receive paid holidays! -Tuition reimbursement available for new CNA and TMA certifications, and other post-secondary education degree programs including nursing. We are seeking individuals who have a sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly. Successful candidates must have strong problem-solving skills, good judgement, dependability, and flexibility. Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed and respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents. - Assisting residents with personal cares as scheduled.
- Performing housekeeping duties.
- Observing residents and reporting changes in physical and emotional condition.
