Product Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Product Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate product releases by planning and executing software updates and feature rollouts

Strengthen feedback loops by collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and teams to inform product decisions

Support product reporting by gathering data to create dashboards and reports on key metrics

Qualifications

Previous experience in product operations, project coordination, or a related role within a SaaS or technology company

Familiarity with POS systems, retail operations, or inventory management platforms

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other project management and collaboration platforms

Ability to interpret data and use insights to support product and business decisions; experience with BI tools is a plus

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
