Mid-Market Customer Success Manager
Location : Rapid City SD (In-Office) Spark Notes : You will own a $2M plus mid-market portfolio and lead customers beyond onboarding into measurable long-term success with Property Meld. You are their trusted advisor, their strategic partner, and the person who grows their revenue impact by unlocking added features and deeper platform value. This is not a reactive role. You will run point on account health, lead high-impact Maintenance Ops Reviews, prevent churn before it starts, and drive meaningful upsell conversations that transform how customers run maintenance operations.

Compensation and Perks
On Target Earnings : $140,000 to $180,000 (base plus commission plus uncapped bonus)
