Employment Type : Full-Time (36 hours per week)

Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25 per hour

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Your Impact :

As a Float Pool RN, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to float between various units including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support, ensuring that you broaden your clinical skills with each shift.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive nursing care utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Adapt quickly to different unit workflows while ensuring clinical excellence.
• Coordinate discharge plans and collaborate with healthcare team members to provide patient-centered care.
• Implement strategies for patient safety and risk reduction.
• Engage in quality / process improvement initiatives for enhanced patient experience.

What We're Looking For :

• Experience : Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience is required; 2 years preferred.
• Flexibility : Ability to work 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule, along with 1 weekend and 2 holidays per year.

Training & Development :

• Receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training to enhance leadership skills.
