The incumbent must have technical authority of networks, data storage, and security measures to develop and reinforce cloud computing solutions, and must work well with professionals who develop and maintain hardware and software across the AO's network and cloud computing infrastructure.This position reports to the Senior Solutions Architect under the Case Management Systems Office (CMSO).The duties of the position may include, but are not limited to : Acting as a subject matter expert and providing leadership, guidance, and support on cloud end-to-end architecture, service providers, networking, provisioning, deployment, management, and technical governance.Driving innovation across the Judiciary by designing forward-thinking, modern cloud
the platform migration strategy to identify weaknesses and patterns in the current platform and to avoid future deficits.Designing a new cloud-based enterprise computer platform in collaboration with other enterprise, cloud, data, and solution architects.Advocating and defining the cloud architecture vision from a strategic perspective, including internal and external platforms, tools, and systems.Developing solutions architecture and evaluating alternatives for private, public, and hybrid cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services.Presenting architectural proposals, gathering feedback, and gaining buy-in from teams across the Judiciary.Collaborating with technical and business subject matter experts to develop the appropriate technology architecture that enables the optimal use of current system requirements while anticipating future needs.Developing a library of deployable, documented cloud design patterns and solutions for high availability and disaster recovery for
