Imagination ABA Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) in Howell, NJ and surrounding Monmouth County areas. We provide home-based and community-based ABA therapy services and are searching for dedicated, compassionate team members to join us.

Whether you’re an experienced Behavior Technician or just starting your career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we provide hands-on training, supportive supervision, and flexible per diem scheduling . If you have an RBT certification , that’s a plus—but not required!

Compensation

BT (non-RBT) : $22–$25 / hour

RBT (certified) : $24–$28 / hour

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings

Follow treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA

Collect data and accurately document client progress

Support clients with skill-building and behavior reduction strategies

Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment

Communicate regularly with families and supervisors

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred)

Experience working with children or in special education / ABA preferred

RBT certification a plus, but not required (we provide training!)

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally in Monmouth County

Must pass required background checks
