Looking for 12+ year candidate with lead exp

Locals from NJ / NY preferred however relocation day1 onsite is fine

Hybrid role = 3 days onsite + 2 day remote

Job Summary :

Job Duties

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions to support business strategies.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and architecture principles.
• Act as a key advisor to senior management on technology trends, innovations, and opportunities to enhance business operations.
• Oversee and manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of IT systems and applications.
• Drive the adoption of modern technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve team productivity and system efficiency.
• Mentor and develop technical talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure the delivery of high quality solutions.
