We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing tests for end-to-end features and data / algorithms. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality by driving test automation efforts, reporting issues and bugs, and collaborating closely with developers to debug and resolve complex issues. You will also own and refine testing capabilities, processes, and methodologies, contributing to continuous improvements in our test capabilities and work closely with cross-functional teams across the US and Oulu, Finland to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy and Planning

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for end-to-end features including mobile applications and data / algorithmic solutions.
• Define testing objectives, scope, and success criteria for each test phase.

Test Execution and Reporting

Automation and Continuous Integration

Collaboration and Debugging

Quality Assurance Ownership

Process Improvement

Advanced Testing & Technology Exploration

Experience & Skills :

Proven track record of designing, building, and executing automated tests for complex applications.

Strong hands‑on experience with frameworks such as Pytest, Appium, Playwright (or similar).

Proficiency in Python is required.

Familiarity with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and the best practices for continuous testing.

Oura takes a market‑based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
