The position centers on leveraging cloud-based platforms such as Oracle Taleo Oracle Talent Management Cloud Oracle Learning Management Cloud and Oracle Service Cloud to enhance HR operations across state agencies by performing the following duties :

Stakeholder Communication & Change Management
Business Analysis & Process Optimization
Performance Improvement & Team Strategy
