Job descriptionBusy practice - current 2,000 active patients 90% outpatient with inpatient responsibilities Site sees 30 patients per day in the clinic Hospital averages 100 admissions per years, totaling about 400 patient days 550 births per year Pediatricians share newborn responsibilities with Family Medicine Level II Nursery Join two other pediatricians Will perform circumcisions Call is 1 : 3 Pediatricians are not called for routine c-sections - only higher risk deliveries RN and MA support H1 visa candidates accepted Organization Information : 70 miles from Rockford Community of about 25,000 residents $258,000 - $322,000 salary plus production-based bonus potential 100 bed hospital Employed physician model Very lucrative compensation and benefit package offered Site employs about 70 physicians Local opportunities to boat, hunt, and fish Public and private school options RecruitWell's Core Values : Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
