Are you looking for a hands-on career where you can work outdoors, develop valuable trade skills, and be part of a growing company? St. Cyr Pool & Spa is hiring Entry-Level Swimming Pool Service Technicians to join our team!

No experience? No problem! We provide a paid, structured training program, designed to take you from a beginner to a skilled level 1 pool technician in just 6-8 weeks.

What Youll Do :

  • Open and close residential swimming pools.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including water chemistry balancing and equipment checks.
  • Troubleshoot basic pool system issues.
  • Install, clean, and maintain pool filters, pumps, and heaters.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations

    • Bonus Skills (Not Required!) :

  • Previous experience in plumbing, electrical, construction, landscaping, or automotive work is a plus.
  • Knowledge of swimming pools or pool maintenance is helpful but not requiredwe train you!

    • Compensation is hourly plus performance pay. $22-$30 an hour based on experience.
